We are pioneers in
the field of Land Staging. Rance Frye, LSG’s founder, has
established a qualified and seasoned team of specialists who
understand both
the attractions and obstacles inherent to closing a land sale. Our
team looks at
all assets through the eyes of potential buyers. We then take
necessary, cost-effective measures to bring those assets to market
and close each sale fast. |

Rance has 17
years of
experience in
Forestry
and
Land Development.
His forestry
background
stretches from
tree stumps to
the furniture
showroom. Rance
once taught
Forest Ecology
at the junior
college level
while working as
a Consulting
Forester. Over
time,
opportunities
opened in sales
and management
within the
woodworking
industry. In
1999, Rance was
elected
President of the
SW Virginia
Chapter of the
Society of
American
Foresters. The
energy he spent
developing
lumber and
timber contacts
then translated
into success in
land
development.
Rance’s
extensive
industry base in
the eastern U.S.
supported him as
he stepped into
the role of land
acquisition
manager for a
real estate
development
company. As he
continually
noticed a lack
of well-groomed
properties for
land buyers, a
concept formed
in Rance’s mind
that proved to
be the
progenitor to
the creation of
Land Staging and
Land Solutions
Group, LLC. |
